I received form 1095A in the mail and it has my name, SS#, and my coverage start date and termination date on line 16. I did not have ACA health insurance for the month of December, so my termination date is 11/30/21. On TurboTax I entered the monthly premiums and tax credit for each month and put $0 for the month of December. TurboTax wants me to go in and change the zero amount. It shows form 1095A with all of my info except line 16 is blank. How do I put that info in the form that TurboTax is showing? Is there a way to upload the 1095A form I received?

Rather than put in 0s for December, you can just leave it blank.
As far as lines 16-20 go, since there is no longer any penalty for not carrying health insurance, TurboTax does not collect the information regarding who is covered by the policy. This information does not enter the calculation for the premium tax credit.
