Form 1095a and form 8962

irs asked me to send them back my form 1095A and 8962
but i dont have 1095 A FORM I DONT know where is it

You should be able to log in to the Marketplace website and access it. I printed mine off myself because when I called  the Marketplace to request mine, they NEVER sent it to me!
