My form 1095A was missing a few months in Column B SLCSP due to the mid year change by the Federal Government and according to Healthcare.gov tool I found the corrected SLCSP. However, when I enter it on the 1095A it carries the info to line 11 on form 8962. According to the directions for Form 8962 if your 1095A is missing information you should check "NO" on line 10 and enter monthly data on lines 12 - 23. Turbo Tax won't let me change the "YES" to "NO". Per the instructions for form 8962 "If the correct applicable SLCSP premium is not the same for every month of 2021, check the "NO" box and continue to lines 12 through 23.
Please advise how to handle this situation.

TurboTax should only use the annual amounts on Line 11 if the enrollment premiums, SLCSP, and advanced PTC were the same for every month. Was the SLCSP for the missing months the same as the SLCSP for the other months?
Generally, you select "No" if the totals are different, but there is an exception if there is missing information and once you determine the correct SLCSP it is the same as the other months.
The 1095A was missing information for SLCSP for Jan thru May, so I used the healthcare.gov tool to get corrected info which reflects the same amount now for January thru December. Why wouldn't healthcare.gov issue corrected 1095A?
If the premiums were the same from January through December, then the SLCSP should be as well. If there is a change in life or finances, and you notify healthcare.gov then that may change column C but column B would indeed remain the same.
I am not sure why they did not issue a corrected Form 1095-A but the Marketplace tool is valid to use for the IRS.
