Form 1095-C

How can I obtain copies of Form 1095-C from previous for years tax returns for proof of insurance to submit to Medicare for my wife's Medicare Part B application?

You do not enter 1095C on a tax return. TT will not have copies of those. Ask the employer for copies (or for how to obtain them) if you had insurance through an employer plan.
