form 1095-a

Hi, im filling my own taxes and I dont know how to fill out these two boxes, "Percent of the Second Lowest Cost Silver Plan (SLCSP) that applies to you," and "Percent of any advance payment of the Premium Tax Credit that applies to you," im not a dependent on my parents return but im receiving health insurance coverage through my parents' policy, they received a form 1095-a in which i am a covered individual, i sent my taxes and got rejected because a form 1095-a was missing on my return so Im adding the same form 1095-a they added on their return to mine. How do I fill out those two boxes, am I doing something wrong?

Ok ... between your return and your parent's return you must each claim a % of the 1095-A figures on a shared policy.   So if your parents claimed 100% of the amounts posted  you will claim 0%.  If they claimed 60%  then you claim 40% .... between the 2 returns the total % must equal 100% ... so just ask them how much they claimed so you know what you must claim.
