I need to file IRS Form 1041. Is it possible to do just that form at turbo tax?

You need TurboTax Business.

TY. I think it will be less expensive to have my accountant do it.

It the long run it will most likely be less expensive. If you attempt to do it yourself and make one or more errors, that could wind up being a lot more expensive than using an accountant.
