I have completed an amended return but it is telling me I owe the IRS $912. On my original return I had a $1545 refund which was applied to my estimated tax payments for 2020. Now my refund is down to $633 but Turbotax is now telling me I still owe $912 to the IRS? Help.

I think you have to pay it.  Then you will get credit for the whole 1545 on your 2020 return.
