I e-filed my federal 1040 return & setup my federal taxes on a payment plan. Instructions appear to be to mail the voucher for the initial payment, but I'm unsure if I need to also include a copy of the 1040 since I e-filed online with Turbo Tax.x
No, you don't need to include a copy of your tax returns or any other forms since it is all submitted electronically. All you have to do is send the voucher 1040-V and the check, nothing else.
