foreign tax paid

I imported a fidelity investment account that has foreign taxes paid and foreign income tax withheld.  when turbo tax reviews the return there are a number of additional information needed on form 116 worksheet.  should the imported information be enough, I am not sure how to answer most of the review highlighted areas.

there is only DIV reported under the foreign information on the

Fidelity form 1099DIV   nonqualified, qualified, total foreign income,  and taxes paid

File Form 1116 to claim the foreign tax credit if you are an individual, estate, or trust, and you paid or accrued certain foreign taxes to a foreign country or U.S. possession.
