Foreign Address in Personal Info Error can't be cleared or reset to default

I didn't realize I had entered into a Foreign Address field somewhere and not I am unable to clear the Foreign Address in Personal Info Error.

It can't be cleared or reset to default in desktop version.

Review the PERSONAL INFO section in your program, when you get to Let's check for some other situations, make sure Foreign or US Territory is not selected in the drop down.
