Florida state number

I am trying to find Florida state number. Box number 15 is blank on my 1099-R and I have googled this question but not getting any answer. I’m retired from the state of Florida. What is the answer

Florida does not have a personal income tax so leave boxes 15, 16 and 17 blank (empty) on the W-2 you are entering.

Florida doesn't have a personal income tax so boxes 14-16 should be left blank on the 1099-R input. Was there an amount on line 14? If so, it would have been for a state other than Florida.
