I have received funds from the PG&E Lawsuit but I have no 1099 available, just a determination letter. Where/how do I enter this income?

    Assuming that you have done your homework and are sure that the proceeds are taxable then here is the process to enter taxable lawsuit proceeds into TurboTax.

     

    If you're not sure if the settlement is taxable then read this article.
