Finished and E-filed my federal return but my state return still says incomplete then when I click "continue" on it, it takes me to the main page.

Depending on your state most State tax forms are not ready yet. Once they are your State should change to Completed/Accepted. I had the same issue and contacted TurboTax personally that was the answer I recieved.
