finding 2019 return and transferring information

When TurboTax did my 2019 taxes, they used For 1040-SR U.S. Tax Return for Seniors. Now they can't access it to transfer data. I can find the filed form on my computer but can't get it moved to the right spot to be used for transferring data. Is there is problem because of the Form that was used? Why isn't it accessible to the 2020 Tax Form?
