I purchased the 2017 download package to finish my taxes and cannot download it. I have a work computer only and do not have administrator login privilege. What do I do?

Find a non work computer you can use ... maybe a friend or family member. Otherwise use paper forms from the IRS & state instead since both must be mailed in anyway.
