Final 3520?

I have filed a 3520 for the last 5 years (while the money was deposited overseas) This year I brought it by wire transfer to the US.

I do not understand how to file this (the last year) 3520 and what numbers to check. I have only done part IV every year I filed but this being the last year the money was overseas, I am not sure what do I need to include. BTW. This was gifted money from my brother before he died.
