Filling out W4 for 2nd job

So I am going to be starting my second job and need to fill out a w4. The form tells me what to do for an accurate amount of tax to be withheld. However my second job is not salary or hourly. It is based upon how many phone calls I take (triage nursing job). Where it is part time, I will not be making a similar yearly gross when compared to my full time job so I cannot check the box that states to do so if they are similar. Anyone know what to do? Thanks!

Filling out W4 for 2nd job

Use the Tax Withholding Estimator on the IRS web site to figure out what to put on your W-4 form. But no matter what form or tool you use, you are going to have to come up with an estimate of how much you will be getting paid each pay period. I would suggest that you start off with your best guess for now. Then redo the Tax Withholding Estimator after you've been on the job for a couple of months and have a better idea of how much you will be making.
