We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify your question? What errors?

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

If using TurboTax Online: Clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.

If using TurboTax Desktop: Please see this FAQ.

Unfortunately that's the problem. It doesnt say what the problem is. I made sure my browser is updated and cleared my cache. but the message is still popping up. it says 'You must fix the errors on this page before continuing'

Delete the 1098-T and re-enter. Go through the entire education interview until you reach a screen titled "Your Education Expenses Summary".  Click delete next to the student's name.  You'll then get the "Your Education Expenses Summary" screen again.  Click the "Add a student" button.

What are you trying to accomplish (why are you entering a 1098-T)?  Are you the parent or the student?  The parent usually claims the tuition credit for a student-dependent.

The 1098-T is only an informational document. The numbers on it are not required to be entered onto your tax return. However receipt of a 1098-T frequently means that the parent (or the student) is either eligible for a tuition credit or possibly the student has taxable scholarship income to report.
