Filling Firm 1040 with a 1099 that’s missing a federal employer, identification number

TurboTax is not allowing me to e-file because I have a 1099 related to lawsuit settlement proceeds that does not have the payer’s tax identification number. Is there a way to get past this and e-file in TurboTax?
