I got a confirmation email, but I keep getting emails saying I need to still file? However, it will not accept the changes I make. I have gotten no help or response on this-- please help.

You might have another account you are getting emails on. It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you already filed what do you need to change? You probably have to file an amended return to fix the original one.
Was your return Accepted?
Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?
It won't file the return because it needs me to make changes, but when I do, it doesn't stick. It is clearly some kind of error on their end, and there seems to be nothing I can do.
What change doesn't stick? Exactly where are you stuck?
Just changes to general information. I make the changes and it says it's resolved, then I try to file and it won't accept it because of the same reasons it told me before-- as if I hadn't resolved it. It's just an endless loop!
