Filing taxes for parents with tps

My parents are in US with TPS, they flee Ukraine because of the war. They are here 2 years already. They do not have any income here or abroad. Do I need to file taxes for them? And if yes than how? Which number do I use to file taxes?

No. If they have zero income then there is no tax filing requirement in the US. However, you may be able to claim them as dependents on your tax return. They will need either a US social security number or Individual Taxpayer ID Number (ITIN). Here is a link with more information on obtaining tax ID numbers.
