I made no income for 2022, do I still need to file.

If you received no taxable income of any kind in 2022 then there is no need to file a 2022 tax return.

Even if you had no income, you are required to file a tax return if you received advance premium tax credit for health insurance from the Marketplace ("Obamacare"), or if you took money out of a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Medical Savings Account (MSA).
