Filing Ohio IT 10?

I work overseas an address in Ohio as a mailing address. For 2016, I got a notice from Ohio tax authorities for a missing filing. However, I have never lived there. I need to file an IT 10 and select the option of using the Ohio address as a mailing address.

Can I E file this form via turbo tax?

No. Follow the instructions fro the Ohio Dept of taxation

The FAQ section of the I File area of the Ohio department of taxation mentions that the form may be filed electronically via a 3rd party software (refer to question 12 here: <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.tax.ohio.gov/ohio_individual/individual/faqs/ifile.aspx">https://www.tax.ohio.gov/ohio_i...>)

Hence the question was, can this form be filed via TurboTax (3rd party software)??
