I have two years of taxes to file and I received a form W-2c also. How do file this? The W-2c is from 2018, but the original W-2 is from 2017 and neither year has been filed. Help!

The online software is only for 2018 returns. It is unclear if you have a 2017 W-2 and a 2018 W-2. If so, you have to file them as completely separate tax returns using the tax software for the specific year.
Online preparation and e-filing for 2017 is permanently closed.
To file a return for a prior tax year
If you need to prepare a return for 2015, 2016, or 2017 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign, and mail the return(s)

Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Note: The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac. It cannot be used on a mobile device.
So, I attempted to efile my taxes and they were rejected so I downloaded them, never sent them off or printed them. Is there a way I can change my payment method and a way to have a professional look at my returns before I print them? As long as the cost can be taken from my federal income taxes.
It is still unclear what--i f anything -- you did with your 2017 return. It sounds like it is incorrect as prepared originally since you received a corrected W-2 later. But did you file it at all -- or not?
You want some things that you cannot have. You will not be able to have your 2017 or 2018 tax returns reviewed by anyone at TurboTax--that is not a service that is provided for a past year return--and your 2017 and 2018 returns are past year returns.
And since you need to use desktop software for those returns in order to prepare/make corrections to them, you have to pay for the software in order to download it. You cannot have the fees deducted from your refund.
If you want a pro to look at your 2017 and 2018 returns, then seek a local paid tax pro to prepare them and file them for you.
