I completed my Turbo Premier and paid my fee.  Now it will not let me complete Step 3 to file.  It states that the IRS is updating the 1099-K.  I am providing information from a 1065-Schedule K1.  Is this the same form? and why is this not available at this time.  It states that I will receive an e-mail when the form is updated. That was 3 days ago.  I called customer service and they had no solution to the problem.  Can I get my money back so I can do something else?

IRS form 1099-K is here.  IRS form 1065 Schedule K-1 is here.  They are not the same.

 

IRS form 1065 Schedule K-1 may not be available until February 16.  See forms availability here.

 

What kind of 1099-K income are you reporting?  Please clarify.  1099-K reporting should be available.

This is a partnership, and has always been a 1065 Schedule K-1.

You are using TurboTax Premier and want to report information from an IRS form 1065 Schedule K-1.  

 

Premier is the correct version of TurboTax to be using but the software does not yet support electronic filing of the IRS form 1065 Schedule K-1.  

 

Forms availability says that the this feature may be available on February 16.
