Filing has been rejected

We keep getting the message our filing was rejected. It keeps bringing up the error that the AGI doesn't match. We confirmed it multiple times. I read online about transcripts from the IRS and it states the AGI in two different places so has two amounts. Not sure what else to do.

Allot of returns for 2020 were processed late, so that cause the original AGI to be rejected. Try using a zero for your 2020 AGI, to see if you can then e-file.
