If you go back to Personal Info.

  • Scroll down and select Mailing Address
  • Click the down arrow where it says U.S. Address
  • A drop down will allow a Foreign Address

Hi John,

I have successfully done that but I am referring to the final steps when preparing for filing. At that point it asks me to register and states I need a US address.

That's under file/review your order sections

That's correct.  If you do no a credit card with a US address, you cannot pay and file.  However, you have options.  You can either ask family or friends who have the credit cards with US billing address to pay for you.  Or you can choose to use your refunds to pay for the fees. If the above methods do not work, you would have to paper-file your tax return. (by certified mail)
