Can I still electronically file for my deceased parent if I don't have his driver's license information?

I am sorry for your loss.

Are you the personal representative for your father?

A personal representative of an estate is an executor, administrator, or anyone who is in charge of the decedent's property.

The personal representative is responsible for, among other things, filing the final return for the decedent.

    See https://www.irs.gov/publications/p559#en_US_2022_publink100099488

Personal representatives generally use their own information (e.g., address) when filing the final return (1040) for the decedent.

No, you need the drivers license info or state ID info.
