Filing extension for deployed military

I am active duty military and am currently deployed. I have been in correspondence with the IRS and have been approved for a filing extension. Will I still be able to file via TurboTax after I return home from my deployment? I have already started my return but I will not be able to complete my return until after I get back home and I was hoping that I will not lose my progress thus far. Thank you for your help.

Yes, you will be able to file via TurboTax when you get back stateside. Just make sure you click "Save and Sign Out" under the My Account dropdown. Don't forget to save your User ID and login to get back to your return.
