Filing a return for VA as married filing separate for part-time residency. The link for "step-by-step instructions" takes me to TT generic support. How should I proceed?

I get a message from Turbo Tax that says: How to File Your Virginia Return: Follow this link for step-by-step instructions on how to do this. (Link: https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us). There is no option to move forward or continue, but the link just takes me to generic TurboTax support page. I'm not sure how to move forward.
