Filed TurboTax in 2020, have original email it shows I paid& when taxes were accepted Trying to redownload the file it says I can't because I didn't file with Turbotax.

Turbotax error will not let me download old tax document, it thinks I did not file with Turbotax for that year but my account shows I did it has the green accepted on it for that year plus I have the emails of the receipt stating I filed with them for that tax year and the accepted for state and federal that turbotax sends once the filing was accepted.  How do I download this file if there is an error? Has anyone had this issue? Were you able to resolve it?

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2022 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
