How did this happen. I been back at my maiden name for 12 years now?  No issues b4 with taxes. I have an appointment with TAC thursday to figure it out and fix it. Just want to know how this can be and will it really take 9 weeks for my return now?

TurboTax does not get any information about refund status. You must check the status yourself using the IRS refund tracking web site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds

The name you use for taxes is the name on file with Social Security.  Did you change your name with them and get a new Social Security Card?  If you did, I would check with them on what happened.
