I filed my taxes for 2016 and mailed them in 2/7/17. I went to check my status on "wheresmyrefund.com" and it has no records of my submission. Please provide me some clarity, thank you in advance.

I uploaded 1099-DIV directly from broker that shows the payer's FEID as 00-0000000. This causes error when trying to e-file my tax return in TurboTax. In prior yrs wrked.
