File two tax returns
If you are going to use the "Online" software, You have to create an entirely separate Online account to do that. Only one tax file for a person (or couple) can be filed form each Online account.
IF you prepare one, then start another in the same account, you end up totally destroying the first one...and it becomes unrecoverable.
IF you buy the Desktop software for a full Windows or MAC computer, that can prepare unlimited test and final tax files for your family members. (only 5 of them can be e-filed, the rest would have to go in on paper).

File two tax returns
No matter how I try to get to making a "new account" TTax keeps kicking me right back to my return.
I also asked upon purchasing to get a CD sent to me, but the salesperson said better to get online, so now I am stuck in a loop, cannot make a new account, and cannot - as I had previously for years beenable to do - my return and my daughter's return.
I am not happy - I have been a customer for over 18 years (a problem last year and this year had to make a new acount, but I have been with TTax for over 18 years in reality.)
Please, either help me be able to make two returns online OR send me overnight the program on CD.

You know you can purchase TT desktop software from a whole lot of retailers, right? You could download it from Amazon, purchase it at Costco, Sam's, Walmart, Target, Staples, Best Buy, etc., etc. and probably pay considerably less than the price charged online by TT.
