File transfer

I have installed TurboTax on my computer as I have done for the past 16 years and as normal when I open the 2024 program I see the returns from the previous year listed in the selection box. When I click on the desired return and click transfer it as in the past pops up and has a window with 4 bars I believe turning blue and says it’s transferring the previous and then a window pops up with a list of things transferred and all are listed as none and no information has been transferred. I t says nothing about an error or anything and it pulls up the files and lists them. But won’t do anything else.
