Using TT Premier for 2022 loaded on a Win11 system. Tax file import from Fidelity not working. When request for import from Fidelity is started, a new child window is presented, but it is blank. Have tried three different browsers with pop-ups and scripting enabled. Also tried the same process using a Win10 system. This time logon to Fidelity was possible, but although TT software indicated that file data was transferred, nothing happened and I could not get back to the TT software screen. All requested files are available from the Fidelity site, so that's not the problem. Manually entering this data is not a solution. The software is supposed to do this. It has in the past. Somewhere along the line it was broken.

What is the TurboTax phone number? (intuit.com)

Thanks for the reply, but TT has a pretty effective voice response firewall set up to protect their customer disservice staff. I believe that the problem cause is probably being caused by a script blocker, but I can't seem to locate it. Can't understand why I need to log into my Intuit account before the software will proceed with the file transfer. That's where the hang up is.
