File taxes early

Can I file my taxes right now? I want to get an advanced lob.

Nope.

none of the software for 2019  is ready now...even the IRS only has a lot of "DRAFT" forms for 2019....and even when it does become available to start on, it won't be  "mostly" error free until 1 Feb (extremely simple tax files only),.....and filing can't be done until mid-Jan or even later (not announced by the IRS )

You cannot file a 2019 tax return since the tax year is not over until after 12/31/2019.  A 2019 tax return cannot be filed until after January 1, 2020.

The IRS will not be accepting any type of 2019 tax return until late January 2020.
