How do I file federal taxes in Turbotax after being approved for IRS payment plan through IRS website?  There is no option to say I have been approved.

In the File section of the program when you have taxes owed, choose the option for paying the taxes owed by  mailing a check.  Complete and file your tax return and do not mail a check for the taxes owed.

Ok, that seems to be the closest match to my situation.  So file, "pay by check".  Irs will send me bill or invoice for payment(s)?

The IRS will be sending you information in the mail on how to start paying the installments for the payment plan.
