File C-Corp and Personal Tax together

I opened a C-Corp in April of 2021 and sent Form 8832 to the IRS to classify my Inc as a Disregarded Entity. After multiple attempts IRS claims they never got my mail even though it's marked "delivered" so I went to their office and got my request stamped to get a proof that it was received. Can I file my Business Tax together with Personal considering that the Form 8832 reached the final destination and I got the proof?
