File by Mail instructions

When I printed my federal and state returns, the File By Mail instruction sheet only printed for the state return, not the federal return. How can I get that to show up?

Your Federal Instructions should have printed out with your return.  If you don't have them, please see IRS Instructions for 1040, page 61.  For the address on where to mail your return, see page 108.

Thanks. It doesn't print out but I've decided to efile the federal.
