If you did not have any income in 2020 then why do you think you need to file a 2020 tax return?

If you had no income in 2020, were you claimed as someone else's dependent for that year?   Were you supported by someone else?   If you had no income and were a dependent on someone else's 2020 return, you have no reason to file a 2020 return.

You cannot use TurboTax to file a 2020 return for free.   And you have not given any plausible reason why you want to file.  You can use the paper forms and mail them in though.
