I already did 2018 now want to to do 2019!tax return how do I do it

When did you complete and file the 2018 tax return? If you used the TurboTax online editions and entered 2018 tax data your return is invalid for 2019.

A 2018 tax return can only be completed and filed using the TurboTax desktop editions -

To complete and file a 2018 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2018 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2018 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

Online TurboTax for 2019 returns is closed. You now have to use the desktop software. Did you just purchase the 2019 Deluxe desktop software as a download from the TurboTax website? If so, have you retrieved the software and installed it on your computer? A 2019 return can no longer be efiled. It has to be printed and mailed.

Do you need to start a new 2019 return, or did you previously start a 2019 return in Online TurboTax and need to know how to download the *.tax2019 data file so you can open it in the desktop software?
