TurboTax can only download what the financial institutions make available for download. If the 1099-S won't download, I suggest you enter it manually. If you don't have a copy, you should contact Fidelity to obtain one.
A 1099-S is issued to taxpayers for real estate transactions if they were involved in a sale or an exchange during the tax year. Some examples of real estate transactions could be realizing gains or proceeds from the sale of land, commercial and industrial buildings, and residential properties, such as a home or condominium. While your sale may not be subject to tax, you will need to report the information on the 1099-S for your transaction.
