Federal withholding

The W2 federal withholding entered in TurboTax is $83885.79 but the amount reported in the final tax return is $84428.  I can't trace that number and can't fix the problem. Thanks.

thanks, found it.  it was the extra amount of medicare taxes. thanks much!

Check any 1099R forms box 4.  Also  If you have a lot of investments there is an extra Medicare tax on 1040 line 62.  That is offset with an extra amount on line 64 with withholding.
