federal smart scan error form 1116 error

Running smart scan, an entry on form 1116 is required and is flagged for correction.  What is this?  No TT dialog was provided to correct the entry.

I need to enter a PAID or ACCRUED block.  All Foreign tax entries amounts came as direct imported values from my brokerage.

What do I do?

If the documents from the brokerage are 1099's, then the taxes are PAID.
