FEDERAL RETURN ACCEPTED - CANNOT E-FILE VIRGINIA (TRANSMISSION FAILED)

Tried E-filing Federal and State together, but received "Transmission Failed" "Failed_Validation".  After trying everything suggested by TT  (rebooting computer, uninstalling program, checking for updates, manual updates) it still didn't work.  So, tried to file my Federal return without State Return and it worked!  Now my Federal Return has been accepted by the IRS, so I tried to e-file my Virginia State Return (which I already paid $25 for) and it's giving me the same error and recommending I mail in my paper return... What?!?   I prepared my daughter's taxes as well and I'm having the exact same issue.

Please, can someone explain what's going on and if there's a fix?  Anyone else having a problem with e-filing Virginia?   Thanks.

Since we can't see your return in this forum, and we don't know what your individual computer/internet configuration is, I would suggest Contacting TurboTax Support, as they can go into your computer to troubleshoot.

Since you and your daughter get the same message trying to Efile Virginia, I am guessing it's a computer issue.  We have no notice of people not being able to Efile their Virginia returns.

I have the same issue with efiling Virginia.  I filed federal without it, but Virginia giving failure.  Spoke with support for 2 hours this morning, they were unable to fix/find the issue and say keep trying.
