Just an update to my previous thread here: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/after-you-file/discussion/federal-return-accepted-1-28-nothing-since/00/1139152 which was locked, as of tonight at midnight, 2/15, the one bar on the IRS.gov WMR tool has disappeared and now only says they're still processing my return and a refund date will be provided as soon as it's available. Not sure if this is good or bad.

Please consider contacting the IRS for any questions related to your return. Once your return is 'accepted" by the IRS Turbo Tax is not involved in the approval process, it's solely depended upon the IRS.  Here's the IRS contact number for further assistance: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/refund-status/help/what-if-my-irs-refund-is-taking-longer-than-21-days/00/26080

I am dealing with the same issue. I did see on the IRS' website that anyone who is getting a child tax credit or earned income tax credit, should expect the IRS to hold onto your refund until at least mid to late February. So hopefully that means they will process our refunds in the next week or so. This is such a bummer! I was expecting my refund a couple of days ago. Hopefully we all start seeing our refunds soon. Fingers crossed!

You are correct. If you claimed the earned income tax credit (EITC), and/or the additional child tax credit (ACTC), the IRS did not start processing those returns until mid-February and will be releasing those refunds at the end of February.

My still has no update. Still says processing tomorrow will make 21 days and I got my state on the 8th of February and no word on my federal. What’s going on.

The IRS issues refunds, not TurboTax. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your refund if it's been longer than 21 days since you e-filed. You'll have to speak directly to IRS to find out more about the delay. For more information please click the link below.
