Rejection claims either AGI or PIN does not match their records

I have tried three times. What do I do now? Will the trick of entering 0 for 2020 AGI still work?

There is a good possibility that the IRS does not have your 2020 AGI in their database

Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return again.

Agree with other answer. I had same issue with family member return which was never processed (even a YEAR later), and so the correct AGI did not work... entering $0 did work. Thanks, IRS.
