Federal Refund

I filed my taxes and they were accepted on 2-20. I have NOT received Federal refund as of this writing, but did receive the state refund, which usually takes longer. Now, I received an email that Turbo Tax wants to debit my credit card for services rendered. Which service??

I cannot seem to get a satisfactory answer.

Did you select to use your federal return to pay for your TurboTax fees? If so, this is probably what the email is referring to.
