Federal Forms Available to File

Hello! I cannot complete filing my taxes because TurboTax is saying federal forms 8915F-T as well as the Qualified Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions and Repayments form isn't completed yet by TurboTax to file. Can someone provide an estimate as to when these will be ready so I can complete my taxes? If this was the case, I would have went with another company to file my taxes and not paid TurboTax. How can I go about getting a refund for this? There should have been some disclaimer about this prior to ISSUING PAYMENT so it could be a choice to your consumers!
